THE EVENT CANCELED

DOBONG VISITOR CENTER DOESN'T ALLOW ANY HIKER'S ENTERING.

Dear MTT members:

Due to rain there may be a few changes that will affect your schedule on July 13, 2013. Please read carefully the following Articles 2 and 4 of the group rules on "MIRAEro Trekking and Tours" in the <PAGES> column.

2. SAFETY

The nature of the activities that MTT involves itself in and the environments that we explore do inherently present risks and dangers. MTT prides itself on a good safety record and seriously wishes to maintain that. We always want MTT members to return from activities safe and well. Therefore when you RSVP for an activity please keep in mind the difficulty level and your own fitness and experience. We reserve the right to refuse people on events for not having the required fitness level or equipment for that particular event. Our events are not suitable for children unless stated otherwise.

4. EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

An event goes ahead unless the event organizer says otherwise. The event organizer will keep an eye on the weather and inform people who have RSVP-ed for an event accordingly. If an event is canceled due to the weather, the event organizer will inform all people who RSVP-ed (by placing a comment on the event page and/or mailing the members) at least two hours before the event start.

If you don't hear from the event organizer, the event is going ahead. Organizing outdoor events in MTT means that we sometimes have to make a judgment call depending on the difficulty of the walk and weather forecasts. We always err on the side of safety, but since this is "strong MTT club" we are not afraid to become a bit wet ;-)

So, did you read the above two articles well?

For more information on weather forecast, I will contact the Mt. Dobong Visitor Center at 8:00 A.M.

Before you leave your place, please feel free to contact me at :

stevegyhong@gmail.com or 010 2830 1386 (for texting only)

Looking forward to seeing you at the Mt. Dobong, weather permitting...

Sincerely yours,

Steve HONG

Co-organizer of MTT

No rain expected tomorrow afternoon  (Saturday afternoon). The maximum temperature is expected to reach 23 degrees Celsius. After today's heavy rainfall, a light blanket of mist will be enveloping the Mt. Dobong early morning. The day will be not so much clear but partly cloudy. We'll have a fantastic, terrific and excellent hiking event. No day in summer will be better than tomorrow.

So, don't bite or chew your fingernails or toenails while knocking around in your place. Let's meet up and and go hiking in the Mt. Dobong all together.
