    • A wave of moisture moving across West Sea of Korea tomorrow morning will keep much of the capital of Seoul locked in under the clouds. The forecast calls for a 70 percent chance of rain with a high of 76 degrees. Rain is expected to move through until noon, eventually letting up. New precipitation amounts of less than an inch possible. Cooler than normal temperatures are expected Saturday, too, until they start to warm up again by noon. The weather tomorrow will be good enough to allow our hiking through afternoon hours. No rain is expected. Clear, bright sunny day. Someone must be chilly without a light T-shirt on. The hiking will take place, weather permitting. Real hikers go hiking in all weathers. But I'll check the weather and contact the military base before we begin. We can enjoy the day through the shortened or changed versioin of the planned

    • Howdy MHT members:

    • Walking is always fun, isn't it? Especially together with the MHT members. So this Saturday we are planning to hike in the Waryong Park (Lying Dragon Park), Mt. BukAk(book-ahk), and the Mt. Inwang. Hiking in this trail doesn't require your skill and stamina so much. We will be proceeding at a leisurely pace. But we cannot stay overnight there, go home the next day, and overshoot our time limits. Whoever wants to participate in this event should show up at the meeting location no later than 2 P.M. On weekends, this trail is usually overrun with lots of foreign tourists.
    •
This Saturday hiking will provide a nice respite from the pressures of your job.
In addition, there are some military gates around the Mt. Bukak. Each and every member should show the military guard his or her ID. Acceptable photo IDs include a photo identification issued by the Korean government, a driver's license by the police department, a passport issued in the home country, or a foreign resident's card.
The temperature is fluctuating a lot recently, so be careful not to catch a cold.

Let's meet up and walk along the Han River..

Let's meet up and walk along the Han River..

The Han river is open seven days a week, 365 days a year. This Saturday, maybe the last beautiful summer day this year, we are planning to start our trail at the station Oksu just an hour and a half hour before the sundown begins. But we won't be dabbling our feet in the cool river during our walk.

As you know, people have started walking along their own river since the dawn of history or civilization. We'll be finished in a 3 hours or four. By the end of the walk, we'll be all exhausted. Maybe this Saturday, tomorrow will be your day. You will succeed to shed extra pounds and get into better shape.

“Thank you, ma'am. Have a nice day!”

    What a beautiful summer day!

It costs aobut 20 dollars to participate.

[+ obj] She sat by the pool, dabbling her feet in the cool water. 족탕

She tucked her hair up under her hat. I tucked him in and kissed him good night.

The children are tucked up in bed for the night.

She turned her face away from the camera.

     Raincoats shed water.

If you've been waiting for the skiing conditions at the cheapest price, this Saturday is the day.

    [=the conditions are perfect today]

It is located near the confluence of the Han River and Jungnang River.  The Line 3 part of Oksu Station is one of the four stations on Line 3 not underground (Such other stations are Jichuk, Wondang, and Daegok). Yongsan-Deokso Line part was recently renovated with glass covered top using natural sunlight during the day. Because of its beautiful view of the Han River, it is often seen in movies and advertisements. The manhwa webtoon Oksu Station Ghost is set at the Line 3 platforms.

Like the taeguk, the yin-yang symbol at the center of the South Korean flag, the river Hangang creates harmony as it calmly bisects the massive city. Thankfully, 12 riverside parks line the river. These 40 square kilometers of park lands are visited by nearly 60 million people annually, and ambitious efforts are underway to improve this already impressive network of green space in central Seoul.Directions

    명지산

The town around Mt. GW: Disaster area declared

Let's meet up and admire the Mt. Great Wisdom garbed in a green robe. Course A : for newbie hikers who will say, "You couldn't pay me to hike up to the peak of the mountain." Course B: for intermediates who want to hike in the Mt. Seorak or Jiri Dear MTT members: What are you planning to do on the 3rd of August? Are you spending the summer Saturday just knocking around in your place or wandering around Seoul? Does the thought of staying inside Seoul make you cringe? If yes, please read carefully and concentrate on what I'm writing. In the summer, almost all the popular Korean mountains are overrun with hikers and tourists. In order to leave Seoul, busloads of weekend hikers take a charter bus to any of the mountains. Traveling by airplane is faster. Automobiles are more adaptable to the needs of travelers. Yet more and more Koreans are choosing to take their trips or excursions on the charter bus. That's why we are looking for a better price of the charter bus to go trekking in the Morning Valley Under Cultivation.  When? On August 17th... The population of Seoul plummets when the citizens leave for the summer.  You are a member of Seoul citizens, aren't you? Join the MVUC schedule on August 17th. Why do I recommed you to go hiking in the Mt. GW? Mt. Great Wisdom is the translation of the Mt. Myongi in Korean. After you make your way up this mountain, you'll be able to get over your squeamishness about hiking in any high Korean mountain, such as Seorak, Jiri, Halla, or Paikdoo. In a daytime of August 3rd, we, admiring mist rising over water, are going to trek up 1,252 m (4,108 ft) to the peak of the mountain, inhaling fresh air, hearing roar of the GW valley's falls from over the hill and tarrying there. After the peak, we head down the valley to the valley fall and double back to the trail head. Sun will be burnishing everything in the mountain including our MTT members. It's time to give your attention to this trekking schedule. And please feel free to ask me any question about this schedule. Cordially yours, Steve HONG Co-organizer of MTT
